Recently, board members Mats Hellström and Caroline Edelstam were invited to the Nordic Institute of Latin American Studies – a research institute at Stockholm University. Present for the meeting was Andrés Rivarola Puntigliano, Professor at the Nordic Institute of Latin American Studies and Thaïs Machado Borges, Director of the Nordic Institute of Latin American Studies.
The meeting centered around establishing strong and meaningful relations between the Nordics and Latin America, and developing partnership models. It is also a strategic effort to promoting cultural exchange and economic cooperation within the Nordic region, establishing meaningful connections with Europe and Latin America.
